Hi again!! This part:
(iv) I have not been subject to anadministration order under Part VI of the County Courts Act 1984 Leaveblank if you have not had an administration order made against you and deletethe paragraph below.
OR
On (j) anadministration order was made against me in the
(l) countycourt. Enter the date that the administration order was made against youand the court in which the order was made.
Do I understand this to mean if a CCJ has been obtained against me? I've got a CCJ from Nottingham County Court in Oct last year..so do I say yes to this question about an "administration order made against me"?
Such a complicatedly worded form!!
