Hi
Can anyone help please. I am doing temporary work with an agency and receive tax free travel and subsistence. I have noticed that they charge for this service and therefore i wonder if it is beneficial to me. To give an example i have deductions of 33.30 one week so received tax rellief on this amount which i calulcate as 6.50 approx based on 20% but they charged me 10 pounds that week to do this. I have explained it this way to the agency and they say i am benefitting and will send me some figures ( i havent yet received them as this was only today) but i am keen to know if anyone has done this before and if this is as it seems to me ie that it is costing me more money to do this?
