3. The offer opens at 14:00pm on 29 April 2013. The offer will close at 23:59pm on 26 May 2013. Entries received after the offer has closed or received by any other means (eg in the post) will not be accepted.
4. Only one form per person per offer. Applications via agents/third parties or by using multiple Facebook accounts are not permitted.
5. There are 1600 prizes to give away, each prize contains two Mars Mix 35g single bags. The successful applicants will be notified by via email by 28 May 2013 and their two Mars Mix 35g single bags will be sent to their home address within 14 days of notification.

The Promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to its Facebook Page and is not responsible for any disruption to the offer or its Facebook Page due to technical problems or otherwise due to events outside of its reasonable control. Proof of submitting a form is not proof of receipt by the Promoter.
