Have you asked at work? I would have thought that would be the best place to be able to advise you.
I imagine that a Food Hygiene Certificate would be a good starting point.

Do you cook your own food and bake your own bread at home? That would be a start IMHO. You need a love for food to get anywhere if you plan to become an Artisan Baker.#TY[/B] Would be Qaulity MSE Challenge Queen.

If you want to be a baker at Morrisons they train you through an apprentice scheme (assuming they pick you).
Maybe worth asking if Sainsburys have something simlar? I would think baking is all about experiance more then training but what do I know
People don't know what they want until you show them.0 -
They do have bakery apprenticeships. They aren't limited to a certain age group either.
I was doing one but on the meat and fish counter until I had to leave for reasons beyond my control.
There is a fair amount of training that goes into it and its worth it if you can get on one. There should be a HR manager at the branch, they are a good point of contact.Bedroom Tax / Spare room subsidy / Housing Benefit Reduction - It's the same thing, get over it.0 -
Do you need the dough??"You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0
