Cancelling Experian?

Hello everyone,

I firstly apologise if this is in the wrong section of the forum!

I just realised that my Experian free trial comes to an end tomorrow and I am currently at work until 9.

I won't be able to call them so my only chance is by email - how fast do they reply/ cancel your account?

I don't think you can cancel by email. You have to ring them to cancel and they are trained to put you off cancelling when you ring, be prepared to be decisive and make sure they cancel your account while you're on the phone. Can you ring them during a break at work?
