Just had this positive feedback:-

'goods fine - delivery within period promised but faster would be better'

This item was purchased on Sat 27th, sent Mon 29th and received 2 days later! They paid for 2nd class postage too.

Ahhh what more can I do?!!

Last year I had someone trying to scam me; sent brand new item still cable tied and with seals and stickers. They claimed it wasn't and conveniently "only" wanted half their money back for the inconvenience of keeping the item which they'd paid 25% of the RRP of in the first place...

Feedback was along the lines of that it wasn't fair I only offered a full refund upon return of the item. I followed it up with a factual comment about the item being new and sealed and that the buyer demanded a partial...they didn't bother replying.

I've found Amazon feedback better, I've had some great stories on there. Recent one, someone bought a Whale Wars DVD and left feedback saying he aspires to quit his job and do what they do...ok then.

Another was along the lines of "I had this game at one point but sold it and I decided to buy it again and enjoyed it very much"
