Had someone leave me bad feedback and then tried to buy more two weeks later, sent me a huge email diatribe about why had I blocked them and they couldn't buy my stuff.

Well I have just received a neutral with the below:

I thought they were the longer XYZ by pic, always read details

As they said the blooming length was in the description!

That is just one of many stupid ridiculous comments which are both good and bad

Yep, I've just had a "smaller than expected - but still fits" neutral - despite giving all sizes in the description
    The funniest was "it's the dogs bo***cks" - I don't remember selling them though......:rotfl:
  • One buyer left a neutral for a sale that seemed to go well (no complaints received) saying:

"Not bad at all, may deal with this person again"

but left a positive for another seller saying:

"All the magazines fell to bits, but they were very old & to be expected."

    Makes you wonder....

On someone elses feedback, on a buy it now item, I have seen 'item was very pricey for what it is'

Why complain when you knew how much it was when buying it?!!

I've just remembered another one I got back in the dark ages when I was brave enough to sell clothes. I sold a Bay Trading dress, the make 'Bay Trading' was in the title, it was mentioned twice in the listing , the neutral was 'lovely dress but gutted it was just from bay Trading- misleading'. Ebay removed that one for me.

  • I sold a Spanish DVD, by a famous Spanish director, featuring a Spanish cast. The eBay description mentioned it was Spanish, and I included a link to the film's page on IMDB.

The one I had to leave was - nice, but smelt of curry - to a closed bag of nuts..

I just remembered one I had from about 8 years ago. I sold a small pin dish and mentioned that this was an unusually small size from this factory as it measured only 3 inches across. The title was also something like 3 inch Wedgwood pin dish green jasper ware.

I got a neutral stating 'much smaller than I thought it would be' and I responded with 'how big did you want your 3 inch dish then?'
There is a dirty joke in there somewhere.
