LGV HGV Claim Back

I am aware from this site that I can claim back the cost of licence renewals which occur every 5 years, and medical tests that lgv/hgv drivers have to take every 5 years after the age of 40. Does this also include the renewal of digital tacho cards renewed every 5 years and the new CPC (Certificate of Professional Compitence) which is 5 sessions of 7 hrs totalling 35 hrs which has to be completed by 9th September 2014 as if not completed lgv/hgv drivers cannot drive without it after this date. In addition this certificate is ongoing as 1 7hr session must be completed annually after this date. On completion of the 35 hrs drivers will be given a completion card by the DSA (Driving Standards Agency) and they must carry it at all times and produce it to VOSA personnel if requested to do so, therefore this is a requirement lgv/hgv drivers must fulfill to be able to drive these vehicles. Any assistance on my ability to claim would be helpful.
