I have recently come of jsa which i have been on for nearly a year before that i was made redundant now i have a new job my question is do i have to tell the csa i am now back in work?.
Is there any legal requirement for me to do so?
Do i have to have a certain amount of wage slips to hand over?

Yes that was regarding arrears but i would like to know if i have a legal requirement to tell them i am now back in employment?
I think i read somewhere you are only obliged to tell them of a change in address.
I have been using an on line calculator and putting the money aside i wanted to wait until i had at least 5 wage slips.
Do i have to tell them by law i have a job?0 -

They'll know - they get a notification that shows the JSA has ceased.0 -

The sensible thing would be to just ring them up and let them know sooner rather than later that yo are now employed. Are you going to be on a set wage? If so, you could ask them to phone your payroll dept to confirm that, and speed up the calculation.0 -
You need to tell them asap, because the longer you wait the longer it will take to sort out your liability. Which will of course be posted on here as the CSA's fault and not yours. :0)
There is also a legal obligation upon you to inform them of a change of income circumstances.
If your income is fixed, with little in the way of bonuses, overtime, car allowances etc, ring them up and they will take verbal evidence of earnings over the phone, and that COULD speed up the process.0
