I wonder if anyone can help me. I need to find out if there are any lenders out there who do Divorcee Mortgages where they take into account your wage but also maintenance payments, tax credits and so on. Am going through a divorce at the moment and need to re-mortgage. Any advice welcome.

There are plenty of lenders that will take maintenance and tax credits etc int account, but in varying degrees.
Some may take them 100% whilst other may only take 50% of that income into account - it depends on the lender
Most lenders will want the maintenance to be supported by a court order in order to be able to take it into account
Be careful in going to direct to lenders and getting credit searched each time - have a word with a fee free whole of market adviser and let them find a lender that can use all your available income
