Estate Agent's Feedback

Not unusual. The feedback to listen for is something which crops up 2 or 3 times. Even if it is something you cannot change, such as the unadopted road, you could still think around the subject and come up with some arguments in conjunction with the Agent as to why it works for you and work out how best to get the objection into the open and answered for new viewers.arbrighton wrote: »A lot of the feedback we did get was silly reasons and probably just ways of saying 'not really for us' when we sold, and when I was pushed for feedback on our purchasing, this time last year, lots was just 'not for us' or things that couldn't be changed (e.g. layout, or being at the end of an unadopted road etc)You might as well ask the Wizard of Oz to give you a big number as pay a Credit Referencing Agency for a so-called 'credit-score'0 -
I was getting feedback within 2 days when I was with Andrews, who for the record were simply perfect. They are pretty much nationwide. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

Sometimes they call the viewers after a few days for feedback. But I think its important to remember this is your house and although the agents are there to help they are selling many other houses too, you will have to take a bit of responsibility or at least tell the agents what you would like and expect from them!

There were too many issues with that house with septic tank, no mains gas, essentially being on an island with a very steep track up (and a chance to skate into the canal when icy) plus it was significantly overpriced with a weird layout. Oh, and being sold by a divorcing couple. Not unusual. The feedback to listen for is something which crops up 2 or 3 times. We bought a nicer house, over 100k less on asking, better layout, same attractive features (and still a septic tank)0
