Can I boil fresh tuna in a stew?

I have one lonely bit of fresh tuna lurking in my fridge and needs using. (Its half price at moment in Sainsbury) I usually fry it but as only one left and cooking for four wondered is it or would it be nice to add to a veg/fish paella rice?

You know how it is when you are used to doing something one way its difficult to think how to use food ingredients in other ways.

Thanks in advance

PS also I am throwing in a little haddock and salmon which were lurking in freezer, rice, tin toms, peas.

yes, you can add to a paella, but make sure it's in managable pieces first, same with teh salmon, not in 1 large piece, or it will never cook in teh same time as the rest if the paella.

I'd go for paella, not stew. I think boiling in a stew would be a terrible waste of gorgeous fish! But the paella would work really well.
