Method & cost of entry:

· PRTS Phone - call 0904 16 17 500 and follow instructions; up to 6 entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will receive an additional entry into the competition without charge (based on the same answer and details as submitted in their second call). This can be repeated twice to reach the 6 entries per phone number limit. Each call costs no more than £1.54 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.

· SMS - send a SMS text to 84644 with A, B or C to indicate their answer to the question; up to 6 entries per phone number. SMS entrants will receive a SMS reply message acknowledging their SMS entry and inviting them to enter the competition via SMS a second time using the same mobile number to receive an additional entry into the competition without charge. Entrants who then send a second SMS text with their answer to 84644 by the competition closing date and time will be entered into the draw three (3) times for a chance to win the prize. This can be repeated twice to reach the 6 entries limit. Each of the SMS entrant’s first two (2) SMS text entries costs £1.50 plus one standard network rate message.

Prize:

The prize includes a cheque for £25,000, five-night accommodation in Stoke Park (the “Stoke Park stay”) and a Jaguar (the “car”). Further details on each element of the prize are as follows:



a) £25,000



A cheque for £25,000 (twenty five thousand pounds) made payable in the name of the winner only and deliverable to the winner within 28 days of winner confirmation. This element of the prize may require a signature upon delivery.

b) Stoke Park stay



The prize is a five (5)-night stay in Stoke Park, Stoke Poges, Buckinghamshire for the winner and up to three (3) companions. The Stoke Park stay includes:

· Accommodation in a traditional hotel occupying the Presidential Suite (subject to availability);

· Meals at the hotel on a full board basis (excluding drinks) which will consist of:

o A three-course dinner for up to four (4) people on two (2) nights at the Humphry’s restaurant;

o A three-course dinner for up to four people on three (3) nights in either the San Marco or the Orangery restaurants;

o A two-course lunch for up to four (4) people on all days in either the San Marco or the Orangery restaurants;

o A choice of full English or Continental Breakfast for up to four (4) people on all days in either the San Marco or the Orangery restaurants.

· A chocolate workshop for up to four (4) people;

· Champagne afternoon tea for up to four (4) people in the Orangery on one day;

· A bottle of Champagne on arrival;

· A 55-minute spa treatment for each of the winner and up to three of their companions;

· Full use of the hotel’s health and racquet facilities throughout their stay;

· Private transport and entry to visit Windsor Castle;

· A golf lesson for up to four (4) people, a four ball round of golf on the 27 Hole championship golf course.



The Stoke Park stay is subject to availability and it is the responsibility of the winner to contact the prize provider or their agents as specified at least six (6) weeks before they wish to take up the Stoke Park element of the prize.



The Stoke Park stay element of the prize must be booked and taken up within 12 months of winner confirmation, with the exception of the following dates when the Stoke Park stay may not be taken up: from 15 June to 23 June 2013 inclusive, from 19 December 2013 to 3 January 2014 inclusive and on any other date(s) as may be specified by the prize provider.



Where the winner’s companion(s) is/are aged under 18 years old, they must have prior parental or guardian permission and must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over when taking up the Stoke Park stay element of the prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companions when taking up the Stoke Park stay element of the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.



Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.



The Stoke Park stay element of the prize excludes transportation to Stoke Park, excursions (other than those specified above), meals and drinks (other than those specified above), souvenirs, programmes, attractions, treatments (other than those specified above), car hire, personal expenses and travel insurance.

c) Car



A Jaguar XF 2.2 Diesel SE in Lunar Grey, including first registration fee and 12 months’ road tax. The car will be delivered to the winner’s home address (unless the winner’s home address is not in mainland UK, in which case the winner will be required to collect the car from a location within mainland UK to be agreed in advance with the prize provider or its supplier Lancaster Amersham) within three (3) months of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the car and current driver’s licence. The winner is responsible for insuring the car and all other costs associated with taking up the prize. The winner may choose to register the car in another person’s name subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation for that person.
