I love my hot yoga. I go three times a week for a hour and three quarters in a dedicated yoga studio with unrestricted class access. Its brilliant. but is an hours drive away from where i live (but was next to my work)
However i have just got a new job (yay!) as made redundant from my last (boo hiss). So i will now be working at home in my local town a fairly large commuter belt town.
Can i find a yoga class where I don't have to register at a monthly DD at gym to get an occasional class in the schedule, or local school? nope. they all want a monthy dd for a gym then extra 'bolt on' for classes.
Or if i want to follow a local yoga teachers classes three times a week i have to pay three different class subscriptions to travel to three different locations. which works out to £109 for six weeks of classes!
Ok, pilates then?... nope same issue. Well, that's a lie there is a very posh school just up the road but it £30 per session
Dance? Sigh... nothing...
Sorry for the whine, i just love the exercises and am a bit surprised I cant find anything locally.
(ps i do 20 mins a day home yoga but enjoy classes it makes you push a little harder)

Please note I have a cognitive disability - as such my wording can be a bit off, muddled, misspelt or in some cases i can miss out some words totally...

Which bit of the commuter belt do you live in? I go to a nice club near Epsom that includes classes in the monthly fee - I do yoga twice a week but there are three classes available and they also do pilates and balance as well as all sorts of dance.Common sense?...There's nothing common about sense!0
