How come have i just got 4 low (1 or 2's) marks for communication?
No low stars in any other category, i thought it was nigh on impossible to have dsr marks left for communication if you have not communicated with any buyer? (i have not communicated with any buyer for over 2 weeks)
If i look on my seller standard report it shows no low stars given!
Either a glitch or it just shows what a load of old b077ox the dsr system is. :mad:

You probably want to start!
Buyers can only not leave DSRs for communication if you have one day dispatch and mark items as dispatched in one day, otherwise they can leave what they like.
Buyers can interpret the DSRs any way they like, so communication could be on questions asked before purchase to the details you put in the package. If you have several low marks you may be doing something wrong.

All of my items are 1 day dispatch and are marked as sent on the day that they were posted.(obviously the actual posting is determined by the order/payment time)
I effing hate the dsr system, it is utter bull. I have done nothing wrong, always communicate and bend over backwards to help yet 'the buyers experience' is correct even when its wrong.
So, i post the day of the order if received before 4pm.
I mark as dispatched.
I answer any question from any ebay member.
I am obviously doing something wrong!

As far as I know you are right, it may apply only to TRS and/or Powersellers.

From memory you also have to have Paypal as the only method of payment, or did I dream that? (Cannot check on this tablet).

Could it be that your buyers have sent you a message and its not come through/been missed? There is a set period of days before and after transaction that counts.

I can't see anything about needing to be a powerseller or TRS, but then ebay are not always clear:

Tracking is uploaded or the item is marked as dispatched within 1 working day after payment has been received.

Stated handling time is 1 working day or same day.

The payment method is PayPal, making the payment date visible to eBay.

No communication took place between the buyer and seller from 14 days before the transaction up until the point that Feedback was left. This includes messages within My eBay and any opened cases.
