Hi sam, you don’t usually get confirmation of discharge with AD, if you can print off several copies from the insolvency service site showing your discharge status, or write to your OR asking them to confirm in writing your AD or you can pay £70 for the official certificate of discharge from the court where you went BR (in some cases depending if you are on benefits/low income you can have this for free as well).

Will the court charge me for a certificate of discharge?
The court will charge a fee of £70 for issuing a certificate of discharge. Further copies will cost £5 each.
If you write to the office that dealt with your bankruptcy they will provide a letter confirming your date of discharge. There is no charge for this.
Then with your letter/proof of AD and a copy of your Bankruptcy order (Form 6.30) you can send them to the CRA's when you do your credit file clean up in 2/3 months time.
