I have disappeared off the face of the world but money making has a back burner at the moment. I have crashed the car and am currently waiting to see if it is going to be written off. Entirely my fault and no-one else involved thank goodness but I have a very unhappy O/H. As we only have one car no boot sales etc. I dont think the rabbit hutch courtesy car would take a boot sale load.

I have received a £10.00 sainsbury voucher for surveys but nothing else at present. Oh no I have cashed out one poll today but that wont be paid until next month.

I've had loads of surveys from PC since signing up two weeks ago - about 7 - but haven't had any payments or products sent :(

Hello sachatith - I have been with them for years, and only just started receiving products to test, very random if your profile fits.

Regarding payment, they have stopped sending out vouchers or paypal automatically. You need to log into your account and click on redeem and this will take you to a new payment screen. Paypal is still in there, thanks to Durham Mim a few posts up explains how to find it, anything else have a look around the site and see what takes your fancy.

Today I bought a dress to wear at my birthday meal next month. I was so pleased to be able to fit into it but what made it even better was at the checkout I was told it was half price! Also last night I discovered the laptop I have been saving up for has been reduced and I will have enough to buy it by next week. I'm waiting on a £10 PC World voucher from Shop & Scan. This has all been possible by all the extra earning ideas I have learned here on this forum. Thank you so much to Aesop and everyone else for your help over this year.

On another note I have been selling things on ebay on behalf of my sister-in-law who is dealing with the estate of her uncle. I listed a tiny empty perfume bottle. I have been offered £18 for it! Whilst I will not earn anything from the sale I will benefit indirectly as my OH is a beneficiary.

But I am just soooo excited at being able to get my laptop (more earning potential) and proud to have achieved it through my own efforts. Not only have I earned the cash for this, but I've also got quite a few Amazon vouchers saved for Christmas, and I've bought wallpaper for our dining room with Homebase vouchers, and we're only half way through the year.

Just got a message from the person wanting to buy the perfume bottle on Ebay. They are from Italy and for some reason they are not being allowed to bid on the item. I have changed my settings to allow people from anywhere to bid but that doesn't seem to make any difference. This person now wants me to sell directly outside of Ebay and pay via paypal. It sounds suspicious to me what do you all think?

Don't carry out any transactions outside of EBay, even if it's via Paypal. The least that could happen is ebay could warn/sanction you for diverting transactions.

I'm going to ignore them. I've changed my selling preferences back to my original preferences too, I knew they were there for a reason!

    Just a quick one.....
Does anyone have a spreadsheet where they keep track of their eBay sales??? Sold my first item at the weekend (not ever but in at least two years!!) and wanted to keep track of profit.

Will have a proper catch up later when kids not driving me crazy!!!

    GReyhoundAngel maybe able to help.

Yes I have a couple of spreadsheets I use, both "selling" profit & general tracking, happy to help if I can :A

Although I see Scarlet has beaten me to it :)

With help from a refund, scratchie win, roadkill and birthday money - I've got a further £140 to add to the kitty for the month :T

Don't think I'll have much more to add now, and didn't get round to making use of the free listing this weekend :o

Great to see everyone is still making progress - brilliant!

what a wonderful post to read Durham_mim. I know you have health issues and that makes extra earning difficult for you, but this just shows it can be done, if you try and you have done fantastically!

Enjoy your birthday meal with the fabulous dress and well done on the weight loss.

Enjoy your new laptop and don't forget to check out the Up you income and referrer's board for money making ideas ;)
