CP, thanks, just can't be bothered to answer questions on what items, what ages, etc. I did try bundling up some pjs but got questions and posted, and no reply, then someone else said they were interested, no reply... so for now charity shop can have lot.

I think sometimes it just overwhelms me, and for me not having time to sit and photograph and create albums etc. just thought sod it, one big bag of stuff to charity shop.

I have kept best bits for selling though.

As I didn't think I had a chance of hitting the target this month I checked a bank account that had 246.32 in interest - as I wasn't expecting It I am including that and paid it off a CC. also have £12 IN FB sales, 27.75 from cash for clothes, 3.00 PC, 9.80 TCB and 2.92 in adtra1lers and donkeymail making a total of 301.79 so there is a chance I may hit the target for the month.

Sold a few bits on ebay and I have now been paid so adding £16.49. Also used money off tokens to the tune of £4.20 and was given 500 advantage card points for signing DS up to repeat prescription service. So a good day for me.

  • Had a lovely day yesterday with my stall at a local Steampunk Fayre (the costumes were just amazing!) and took home £50 profit! I was a bit worried at first as it cost £30 a stall but happily the gamble paid off and I had lots of visitors. So very happy about that.. and glad I managed to resist spending all my earnings on the other gorgeous stalls. I took my own drinks and coffee in a flask, and a kind neighbour who was also going gave me a lift so I didn't shell out anything extra at all. :j

Wishing everyone lots of continuing success for the rest of the month :T This thread is just amazing!

  • I think taking part in this challenge has made me think of making money everyday and although it's not looking likely I will make target this month it is a starting point and will build momentum.

    Well done everyone.

Gothrockchick ... I think this is the key, when I went back to doing Mshops & Surveys after a long absence is has taken a while for it all to build up again. It's that old adage of little & often and then it snowballs :o Don't despair, keep at it and the payout levels will soon be in reach :)

have decided to give up in trying to sell stuff in spare room. can't live with hasle anymore so anything not designer ie next is going to charity shop timorrow morning.

after inlaws have left will sell anything in cupboard of doom and get rid once and for all. the clutter and everything is driving me crqzy.

Aesop, I so know that feeling ! I'm seriously thinking of just bagging/boxing everything up into Tip / Charity piles & just getting shot of it. Just can't handle looking at all these boxes & clutter anymore, not to mention the clothes everywhere. I spent most of yesterday trying clothes on to see what still fits, just so I can then see what items I dont wear anymore (or haven't for at least a year) so that I can then get shot of stuff.... and I still haven't finished it

Not sure I can even be bothered to put it on Eb*y, had such poor results so far with things not selling at all, or sales with non payments. Might keep a few "good" bits & just get shot of rest. The local FB selling group I joined, seems to be all kiddie stuff, electronics or businesses selling their stuff - I did set up a competing one, but it's not taking off so well at mo, and I've still not got round to putting any of the larger stuff on Gumtree either :(

    Must Try harder :rotfl:
    Anyway, enough waffle ...

I've got £4 Scratchie win, £8 MrT CC vouchers & £3 "saving" from local Coop not charging me for an item! Total £15 to add to this months tally:)

Well done on some brilliant results coming in.... Keep going !! :T
