Do you mean one comp a day rather than week?

one comp a day would be good as more chance of winning something but thought people would feel less pressured doing one a week.

I'm up for the challenge! I already use Quidco but will give TCB a shot.

I'm rubbish at comps, but will aim for 1 a day and see if i can get lucky! (Doubt it, lol)

    Good luck to everyone!

Aesop - do you ever win much with comp-ing sites?

    Can you recommend/refer any sites?

I win bits here and there. I use facebook and I belong to a comping group so get lots of comps from there. for beginners I suggest using mse. will get link.

£10 Debenhams vouchers arrived in my inbox for signing up to some cheap travel insurance.

Taking the kids to the park with a friend, pop to a car boot in the afternoon and squeeze in a tesco shop with coupons before the close :D

£5 of Mr T's yesterday for spending £25 on clothing. I was buying much needed uniform for the kids so I would have been spending it anyway so i'm adding it :-)

My husbands uncle passed away about 2 weeks ago, he was a batchelor and lived alone. His nieces and nephews are responsible for sorting out his house. Yesterday we found an old bank book with a small amount of money in it. The bank book was dated 1953 but it looks as though the money has never been claimed. The bank is no longer in existence. Is there any way we can still claim this money as I'm sure it would be worth much more now.

His house is an absolute treasure trove, it has items going back to the 1930's and (don't know if its right to say this, but I hardly knew him and am not so emotionally attached), I'm absolutely loving discovering all the history.
