hi there
i declare br. march 2012.i checked on line.i have been discharged march 2013 ... i have a letter from insolvency service saying that i intend to apply to the secretary of state for business,innovation and skills for my release as trustee. i am not quit sure what is it or if i have to do any thing...
Also can i ask:
1.how can i get a copy of my discharged?
2.is there any thing that i need to know or need to do?

nope dont need to do anything i had that letter and never heard a thing after.
print off copy from is website for dishcharge or,apply to court but i think they charge about £70.
