I have just taken up the following offer and thought I would share it with everyone. I got a response in 24 hours and bin will be delivered within 6-8 weeks

Are you able and willing to take a glass/can recycling wheelie bin? Bradford Council will provide another free wheelie bin for householders who agree to recycling their glass and cans. So, as well as kerbside collections of general waste and paper in certain areas, the Council will now also collect all the glass and cans from your home, making recycling much easier for you.

I don't know about anyone else in the Bradford region, but in my area (Bowling)
they gave us an insert for glass & tin recycling to go in the paper wheelie bin. It's quite a good idea as you dont have to have 3 or 4 bins in the garden!

I'm from Keighley, and my parents have received the added part for the top of their bin - and I'm still waiting
