    Is the tenant likely to regain employment?

    How would you feel about "stitching" them up with a 10%+ increase?

    If the road sign says 60 do you drive everywhere at 60.

    I must admit I find in interesting how student rents conveniently gobble up the basic student maintenance loan at the bottom end, private let and totally outstrip it in top end halls.
