SOA Allowances

Just wanted opinions on whether the following costings would be allowable in an SOA:

Home repairs and servicing - £65
Presents, birthdays, christmas (I have 2 kids) - £30
Meals at work - ?
Car maintenance (MOT) - £40
Pet insurance - £12

The home repairs and servicing won't be. That's where the SOA idea would unstick if we weren't able to have other items higher than absolutely needed so that we can gather such funds for when things break down or need repairing. A car mantaince amount is allowed but I am not sure it can be as high as £40 so might need to be lowered, and monies gained elsewhere on the SOA in the same way as home maintenance. Go for the presents though, most OR's would accept that I think. Pet insurance ought to get through too imo.

Presents, birthdays, christmas (I have 2 kids) - £30 Odd one this. Some OR's will let you do this and some won't so leave it in and see. You don't ask, you don't get.
Meals at work - ? This should come out of housekeeping/groceries.
Car maintenance (MOT) - £40 this should be fine.
Pet insurance - £12 fine.
