How can I make the perfect low calorie chocolate frozen yoghurt?

I am dieting at the moment but have such a sweet tooth and love chocolate. I have been eating little bits of Ben & jerrys frozen choc brownie yoghurt and totally loving it, and it fulfills my cravings nicely, so I tried to make my own frozen yoghurt. I used no fat yoghurt and mixed into this a low cal hot-chocolate sachet, it came out tasting far too tangy to even eat, so can anyone suggest a low cal recipe or tell me what I can do to reduce the tang from the yoghurt? Maybe use cocoa powder? Vanilla? Sugar? I am determined to learn to make perfect homemade frozen yoghurt.

Any help would be amazing thanks.

Have you got a home ice-cream maker? I would guess it needs to churn while it freezes to start.
