Cut hand :(

Hiya, earlier in the day I stupidly stabbed my hand with a little clean super sharp knife 
With a bit of pressure, it eventually stopped bleeding as severly after about 45minutes, although still bleeding a little bit bit 4 hours later. I dont think I need stiches as its quite a minor surface cut, but I think it went quite deep
However I now have a tingly feeling down one side of my hand which Im a little concerned about but I am a bit of a hyperchondriac at times!! I'll probalies end up making a doctors appointment in the morning anyways, but Im looking for stories on how stupid I am to think that Ive severed a nerve!! (its probalies just all those white blood cells doing there work isnt it!)
Anyways, my question is what colour nail polish will make it look better! x:p

We're not allowed to give out any medical advice on here, sorry, but I am sure you would know if it was a severed nerve (OUCH!)
Why not contact nhs direct (or is it 111 now?)
Can't help you with the nail polish, I rarely wear it myself
