Make sure you eat a balanced diet please Savvy.

    Fresh fruit & veg etc.

Another reason for not being bothered with McCoys 6! Too many crisps!:D There is fresh fruit & veg. on my collection - I think a bit more this week than usual. Can't confirm the Kiwi Fruit 4pk still being 50p in M sadly, as I couldn't find it this time - I found M had Kiwi Fruit 8pk at £1 but non-comp. to A's!

M Strawberries 300g £1.00 still represent (in my view, until informed otherwise:D) good value - so they're a Savvy suggestion - I picked up one pack myself whilst in M (one of the few items I ended up buying).

The "Savers" apples have risen to 89p:eek::( though and the pack size I found appears to weight less than before, so that will be deleted off the list.

I still have M Savers Pears approx. 1kg pack at 90p (no equivalent in A or T).

Also M's Mediterranean Vegetables (400g) (which do have an equivalent in A) are on mix and match in M together with the M Spinach 300g bag (which doesn't have an equivalent in A). (Also there's a third item on this mix and match in M, some kind of potatoes with herbs and butter 360g pack:rotfl:- but I'm not persuaded of the use of going for that vs M!)

The Bananas (loose) are 68p/kg vs 68p/kg for M (and also 68p/kg in T last time I checked). The Round Lettuce is 57p in M (as well as A), but returned N/A for M last week on the APG. The 200g Savers Salad is still 46p. The M Beansprouts 360g are still 50p (to be checked again to see if there is a T-equivalent). Value Onions still on vs 49p M but paying more now no equivalent onion avail. in A. The Trimmed Leeks (500g) are still £1 in M (so Avs M). Some different size, and different brand level, mushrooms are to be checked to see if any equivalent avail. for A. I have some Nectarines 4 pack at £1 in M (again need to check whether A has an equivalent or, if not, T). Red Plums punnet 400g £1 - I don't think A has Red - and it's been felt (for some reason) not worthwhile to try Tvs M on them.

That's the fruit and veg. on the list. Subject to checking whether others, such as W, have any offers on their fresh fruit or veg. this week. Carrots - I think it was the A S/P 2kg or the S Basics/T Eday 1.5kg last time I checked. No worthwhle prices, to me, on carrots in M.

And apologies - also the Cantaloupe Melon (whole) is in M at £1.00.

Not sure why to mention chocolate in the meantime - although I am removing A S/P Milk Choc Bar from the list. Too expensive in the light of chocs from T being available at 1p or 2p:D:D:rotfl:.

Are we ready to go for a new thread? Or, I think what I will do, is try and do the list of the 'carryovers only' on the last part of this thread, then when a new one is up and running, transfer the carryover list(s) over to the new thread and then start adding the new items. I'm in the hands of the majority - all for democracy here!:):rotfl:
