Good evening, all.
Trying to catch up a bit as the OH has departed upstairs (I did ask - she said no:o) so I'm chatting with you lot!Morgy9 hope things are okay with you ,and thankyou for your message re Auntielala. She spent an hour crying on the phone to me this morning as her DH now has a chest infection and swelling of the brain .She said she feels like she has lost him already and they have told her this is as good as it gets.I have got such mixed emotions about the future and I know she has to and I truly believe what will be will be and we just have to wait and see.
OH, Nanny - :A:A YOu never know what may happen. Fingers crossed for you and all the Lalas.DW had her Amex card used in Canada to buy a phone. Amex refunded the money no questions asked and reissued a new card.I am firmly across the line. I won't impose my values on you if you keep away from mine.

Well done for having the strength to read at the funeral, it isn't easy. Hugs to you ((xxx))
Thank you Flo, not sure if mum actually wanted it read but it felt the right thing to do. Had backup plan Mr TS was going to if I couldn't and we were going to stand together but I knew as soon as I stood up I was going to be fine and stopped him from coming out to the front with me. I even managed to say bit before about how I had found it and after how poignant it was to me. Not a dry eye in the church. The Rector was surprised how well I read it and Mr TS said I made him proud.0 -

My company card was used to buy £1200's worth of electrical goods in China, two months before I flew out to China! :rotfl:When The Fun Stops Stop0 -

Edited. For some mad reason I thought you were talking about TCB. Wish I knew they had such good customer service when I never managed to redeem my meal vouchers, but it was my own fault for dithering, so I dont mind.“Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?”

God knows what the people down the road from me must have thought, can't go into too much detail about what happened as it will make it obvious where I live. My cousins following thought something had happened to the hearse. When I look back it makes me cringe and laugh at the same time.0 -

You have me, well, not totally surprised but you were the 'encourager' last time. We have over 1,000 posts still to go (I was looking at some old threads where they ended at just over 6,000) - I think we'll last till tomorrow night (as long as all the nightshift folks tonight don't bilge too much:D).
Right folks - you'd had a taster of my M list but I'm back tomorrow night for the start of the carryover (as their today's price check isn't in the APG system till tomorrow, and who knows when T have theirs done).
No lucozade unfortunately, on the list, as wasn't predicted! But, in any event, I see you are still all enjoying your shopping!!:D
Early night tonight - job done - and see you all tomorrow!:):)0
