Newbie Question: is Shopitize any good?
from what I can see the deals are pretty limited/don't often change?
I'm already on Quidco. Is there anything else you guys would recommend?
Topcashback

Well done!:T Can we see the full result of the PP check?
Good afternoon all. I'm just checking through my emails - links from the weekly email and price alerts!
The Comfort fabric softener, as I have known for a while, is £3 in A. The link goes through to another thread. What made me chuckle was this:needaspirin wrote: »I missed this when it was 3 for £10 in Morrisons. Now this in Asda is even better value at £1 per litre. Went in and grabbed 5 today.
I noticed that pricing in M and - guess what - I was a savvy buyer on that occasion and ignored 3 for £10 as it just wasn't good enough for me - I'm aware that Sada goes down to a low of £3.00 - so 3 for £10 is always going to be passed over by me. However, only a few posts down in the same thread as that quote, it seems Makro's standard pricing slightly beats the Sada one - I've added the VAT then divided by 10 (2x5L bottles) and multiplied by 3 (A's is 3L) - I make that price as slightly cheaper than A's £3.00/3L. It's a good price for it though. I note some of you managed to get other goodies at A for nowt extra, when getting the £3 Comfort:T.
(£3.33... equivalent isn't!)
Not Northern Ireland - Secondly a price alert from MSM has come through (there's others that I'm still checking) and it looks like W's have a few good offers on at present, so these for Avs W (prices are for W):
2x Golden Grahams (375g) 2 for £3 (reasonable, but is the '2 for £3' a was last time £1 each offer? And it's also only 375g.)
Bottlegreen Sparkling Elderflower Presse or Pomegranate & Elderflower Presse 750ml £1.18
[skipping a few that don't seem good]
Wilkinson Sword Quattro Titanium Disposables (3) £2.55 (someone will tell me that's too high:rotfl:)
Maryland Choc Chip Cookies (230g) (and possibly other varieties of them too) 69p (but A S/P version are, of course, cheaper - and probably should be A vs M or T or someone for 10% off)
They're also telling me that the fresh Cauliflower Florets (400g) are down to £1 in A - not as good as the Herbs&Butter Potatoes - but I'll have a look where that goes.
Back soon (just checking more price alerts).0 -
Just had a lovely bike ride in the sun with the boss & the chimps. 7 miles there, 7 miles back, can of something cold & reviving in the middle
:beer::D
Unfortunately my 8YO daughter got all weak & feverish and struggled to make it back to the starting point, I think she's coming down with a cold or something.
Anyway, we made it in the end but the idea of heading off to the beach has been abandoned so I'm going to cook them all up chicken wiener schnitzels whereas I have reserved a steak for myself (nobody else likes steak before you ask) and will having that so rare it'll be mooing on the plate

Thankyou for your post wishing me better, but I am not poorly just very sad and tearful. My DS.Auntielala has been through so much the last few months with breast cancer ,her DH had an op for bowel cancer in March .She has now been dealt another blow after taking off to spain for a week together thinking they would both benefit from a week away they landed on Saturday and her DH collapsed with a stroke whilst she went to get the car from the car park .He is now in the stroke unit in hospital 45mins from where they live and bless him he has lost his speech and use of one side of his body.I am just hoping my DSis is able to cope with all this if not Nannylala will be taking off again .Thankyou for letting me off load my trouble to the elite:Ait certainly helps to do this x0 -
Footy-wise we've got Sunderland vs Stoke @ 8pm, that should be a tough, grim old game worth seeing how it goes0

Another for Avs W:
McVities Cheddar Cheese Biscuits (185g) 93p
I'm sure RTCs work out cheaper than that though!
They're also offering me 5% cashback on a product that's now £3.00 everywhere (it was £2.00 just a few weeks ago):rotfl:. So am I going to take that one up??? Is the sky purple?
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Other than that, nothing worthy of note (vs W) or much else for that matter - as my aim is only the best offers will get mentioned and my bar keeps rising all the time.:)0 -
How are we all today? Is it as hot as it should have been today where you are? A tad nippy up north!
Hugs to all in need.
Quidco seem to have some kind of bespoke offer for their premium members. I've just received £5 for making 4 purchases from their faster paying companies. Have a look on your webpage, it runs out this week.0
