He told her that they were from the online mag but she was having none of it. He didn't want to draw loads of attention to the free tomatoes so just got them and the pizzas voided off.

Just wondered if anyone else had had issues with the pizza vouchers though?

My store can sometimes be a little 'difficult' (until I get HQ to read them their fortune!) but they have happily taken Parioli prints against the tomatoes and passata (which they scan against properly) and also against the pasta and pasta sauce (where they don't scan and have to be done manually). The pizza coupons have also been accepted without hassle.

The idea of 5k worth of bills doesn't appeal.

Do you think an after market warranty would cover those known defects ?

All depends on the warranty & the get out clauses, they can find ways not to pay.
