    Morning all, just a quickie:

Asda Chosen by You 40 Flushable Toilet Seat Wipes were reduced to 25p per pack.

Just bought them this morning and thought it a good deal. Looked for bog roll at Portlethen/Beach but non to be had. Hope all have a good day.

Good morning everyone, the sun is out and the sky is blue, I feel a cycle ride coming on, gotta go and get some ant powder :(

Not sure whether to come back via Ts and get some pizzas in order to get some more before the 7th, must check the freezer :D

A very MSE way to get rid of ants is to make up your own solution of Borax and Icing sugar. Works everytime and cheaper. You only need a little bit in something like the top of a milk bottle and put it somewhere on their trail. It gets taken back to the nest and problem solved.

Will get the quantities you mix it in from Mr TS later. You have to be patient but we had ants coming in our kitchen tuesday, and hardly any yesterday only couple this morning and no powder to clear up. ;)

I am also nearly down to the last pack of liquitabs. I have umpteen liquids and powders to use if needs be but I do prefer liquitabs.

I have all sorts of different washing stuff, have been using the £1.50 tubs of Simply tablets lately, pretty good would use them again but my local has them on the clearance shelf for ages now priced up at £3.85.

I have lots of different powders to use from As and Ts last year but I always put that off as don't have room for the big boxes downstairs. :o I do think powder gives you a good wash though.

Is it polling day today then? I didn't realize. :o

Not around here it isn't. Think it's mainly county councils, we are a borough council.

    Awful awful!

How anyone can say 'what is the point of people coming forward after all this time' after reading this is beyond me. These evil people should be exposed and shown as an example that you will never get away with it.
But they do usually get away with it. 'Celebrity' offenders are very rare. Most molesters of children are family members, not strangers or celebrities, and any child in this situation finds it almost impossible to tell anyone, and be believed. The nature of the crime means witnesses are unlikely. My heart goes out to all the victims, especially those who have not felt able to report it for years, but the time frame of some of these recent prosecutions means that proof one way or another is now extremely difficult.
I am not young enough to know everything.
