Well my earlier costings show that with the pods I've now got and the cost of the machine I will have paid about 17p/cup. If I get the machine for £20 about 10p/cup and if I can get another stock of cheap pods it will be about the same price as instant. It won't be as good as my Gaggia classic but no more expensive/cup and much more convenient.
My Gaggia really needs an overhaul after many years of use, Think it's about £100 to have it returned and refurbished.Awaiting a new sig0 -

For that price I would buy a new one (£got mine for £148) then sell the old one (about £60-90 on ebay) so only costing you £88 - £58 for a new one.“Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?”

Might need to look into that but I've never seen them that cheap on a regular basis apart from reconditioned ones. I think I paid about £220 for mine in a sale:eek:
The podpronto would,t rplace the Gaggia, just compliment it. I like gadgets:)Awaiting a new sig0 -
