Help, I have read so much on here I have no idea if I know what or where any more.(Smiles I promise and learnt lots but......)my mother died last year and am due some money from her estate, how can I find out how it will effect my benefit.i am disabled and receive incapacity benefit and dla goes in car, also my hubby receives state pension. I need to know what I need to declaire and what I can keep etc

Declare everything and you will have nothing to hide, some benefits are not means tested so it wont affect them but others like hb will be.
