I'm hoping you guys can give me some advise.. Thinking of buying a house next door in order to let out. Need advise as to the best way to go about this.. Any advise welcome.

    Hi traci, can you answer the following questions:

    1) What price is the property?
    2) Do you have 15% deposit?
    3) Do you have savings to pay the stamp duty?
    4) What is the estimated rental income?
    5) Wht is the size of your existing mortgage?
    6) What is your income?
