What to state in resignation letter?

I’m due to hand in my resignation tomorrow as I have a new jobbut I’m unsure what to state in my resignation letter.
Basically, I’ve had to find a new job because my line managerhas been bullying and harassing me and I’m not sure whether to simply state I havea new job or to state the real reason of the bullying?
I don’t think it’s fair for her to act the way she does and therehas been a HR meeting called but I think because I’m handing my notice in, thiswill not take place and she can get away with acting the way she does.
I don’t want to leave on bad terms but I also don’t want to leavebeing told I am useless. The Directors of the company have been happy with my workbut it’s only her that has some personal issues with me.
Any advice would be greatly received.

Have you put in a grievence for this issue
You can still try to make sure ti is followed up during notice.

Do you have an unconditional offer?

I would keep the letter itself factual.

I resign giving X weeks notice, my final day will be dd/mm/yy
I have Y acrrued unused holiday that I expect to be paid in my final salary.

Then had it in to one of the important people and let them know verbaly why you want to go.

(remember notice starts the day after you give it so if you do it tomorrow last day will be a friday unless they ask you to use the holiday.

If they ask if you want to leave early do not agree, say you will consider PILON or garden leave.

Basically you are leaving just a basic letter stating you giving the required notice and you last day of work. Simple as that really you have another job why worry about the soon to be ex manager?

    What does PILON mean?
    Payment In Lieu Of Notice
You might as well ask the Wizard of Oz to give you a big number as pay a Credit Referencing Agency for a so-called 'credit-score'
