Best Voucher code sites to use? Advice please

I'm quite new to online shopping, and I have looked at a few voucher code sites to grab a few bargains, are some sites better than others, which ones would you recommend?
Ideally, I'd like discounts in stores like ASDA, John Lewis, Debenhams and the Body Shop as these are my favs.
Also I'm not a fan of excessive emails, which sites are the best for not sending lots of spam?

It depends but couponscodesvouchers.co.uk is one I'm using quite a lot recently as it updates quickly, hotukdeals.com is a humongous site and so is vouchercodes.co.uk.0
