1. The 10 winners will receive the following:
   • 1st prize: A camera set worth over £4000 and an IXO Barbecue from Bosch.
   • 2nd prize: A High Definition Camcorder Canon LEGRIA HF G25 worth over £900 plus an IXO Barbecue from Bosch.
   • 3rd prize: A barbecue worth over £400 plus an IXO Barbecue from Bosch.
   • 4th to 10th prizes: An IXO Barbecue from Bosch for each winner.
   A further 10 winners will be drawn from the remaining entries, each of whom will receive an IXO Barbecue from Bosch.
2. To take part, simply register for the competition "I need an IXO Barbecue..." by entering your details in the template provided (name, place of residence, email address, date of birth) and uploading a video entry that you have created. You can give your video a title (max. 30 characters). Your agreement to the entry conditions and data protection provisions is a prerequisite of entry. Only one entry per participant is allowed.
3. In your video, you should try to show why you would like to win an IXO Barbecue from Bosch. Seize your chance and show your creativity. Your video may amuse, thrill or tug at the heartstrings – just surprise us with your imagination. We would like to draw attention to the fact that anyone taking part in this competition does so at their own risk. In your own interest, please do not undertake any dangerous activity or put yourself or anyone else involved in any danger. Please do not overestimate what you are capable of doing. We expressly request that no one should imitate or attempt for themselves any dangerous activity shown in the videos submitted.
4. The video should be no more than 15 minutes long and not exceed a data size of 500 MB. Videos may be submitted in any of the following formats: WebM, MPEG4, 3GPP, Mov, AVI, MPEGS, WMV, FLV.
5. Video entries will be accepted for the competition as long as they are generally positive in tone and the content is deemed aesthetically pleasing, suitable for children and legally unobjectionable. The video and audio quality submitted must be acceptable. The main idea behind this competition is to have fun. We reserve the right not to release for voting or to upload any videos that contravene the guidelines.
6. Videos may be submitted at any point between [12:00 hrs] on 24.04.2013 and [00:00 hrs] on 14.06.2013.
7. As long as the video meets the required standards in terms of technical quality and content, we will release it for voting as soon as possible.
8. The voting phase begins on 24.04.2013 at [12:00 hrs] and ends on 14.06.2013 at [23:59 hrs]. The winners will be determined by the votes cast by fans on our Facebook page and by a Bosch judge. The judge will select the winner of the main prize from among the 10 video entries that have received the most votes. The names of the 10 IXO winners from Bosch will be drawn from among those of all other participants.
9. Every fan of the page www.facebook.com/BoschDIYpowertoolsUK has one vote each day, which can be given to any video – including their own.
10. An overview of all entries will be available on www.facebook.com/BoschDIYpowertoolsUK. This will show your name, the video submitted by you and the text entered by you. The videos will also appear on https://www.youtube.com and other online video platforms.
11. If you are among the winners, you will receive an email from us notifying you of the prize. Winners will also be announced on our Facebook site www.facebook.com/BoschDIYpowertoolsUK, in our online community www.1-2-do.com, our website www.bosch-do-it.com and our special IXO website, www.bosch-ixo.com. Once notified, you have one month in which to contact us to make arrangements to receive your prize and to arrange a suitable date for delivery by post. After expiry of this month, you no longer have any claim to the prize. Prizes cannot be paid out in cash. There shall be no legal entitlement to announced prizes. If a potential winner is not eligible to take part, he/she shall forfeit his/her claim to a prize and a substitute winner will be drawn at random from the other eligible participants.
12. As the submitting participant you declare when submitting your entry that you have filmed the video yourself and give your agreement to this material being uploaded and used. You also declare your agreement to your video entry, your text description and your name being used as described above. All participants also give their agreement to use being made of the data and information they have entered, as well as the video entries they have uploaded in the context of this promotion.
    
    As the submitting participant, you give the assurance that all the people that can be seen in your video have given their agreement to its publication and that no infringement of personal rights or copyright has taken place. You give the assurance that you have the right to submit the video entry as your own work and that you are authorised to agree to its publication. Should any third party nevertheless subsequently assert that their rights have been infringed, you agree to indemnify Bosch against all claims.
13. The use that we propose to make of names, photos and other information provided is described in detail in these entry conditions.
14. You declare that all the data you have provided represents the truth.
15. Bosch gives the assurance that we will handle all data, especially all contact data, with complete confidentiality. The information provided will be used as described, and only in relation to this promotional campaign and these entry conditions. Once the promotion has ended all data will be completely deleted, as soon as it is no longer required for the purposes of running or concluding the competition.
