i dont owe arrears on the loan i pay monthly towards it still,
i dont see why banks cant help me they will get there money alot quicker
i know im living beyond my means as it it, im stuck and before the problem gets worse im trying to fix it, no one seems to care,
Based on your previous the banks are wary what you will do with the loan. You cant blame the banks for being cautious can you, if you defaulted on the loan (whether intentional or not) you wont be any better off.
Ok so you admit your living beyond your means so wy why not make changes now, call who you owe money to and agree to a payment plan and stick to it, even if it means beans on toast for a period of time.0 -
With regards to the mobile contract have you gone down the ceo route..believe me this route proves more of a satisfactory response then there complaints department or any customer service route. If you really are in a bind with all these companies make payment plans regardless of what they say 99.9 of lenders will agree even the stubborn ones to a payment plan-Token payments is the golden rule..if they ever try anything least it shows you have tried,if your situation isnt that bad just get a payment plan set up
I know where your coming from as i owe more than you and basically told lenders what i am paying, not what they request. If thats the situation,i wouldnt try applying for a loan for 3000 its not worth it mate0 -
Another vote for going to Debt-Free Wannabee and seeing if they can help

I know this isn't much help but i dont think consolidation is any real solution to the problem. I've done it in the past and all it meant was that i was not facing up to the problem (living beyond my means). All it does is shift the debt and cost you more money.
Could you speak to your family or friends to see if they could help you or try talking to Citizens advice or one of the debt charities?
