Cleaning up CCJ's

Ive just looked on my credit report and I have found some creditors that were in the Bancruptcy have still got defaults against my name post discharge date, I have read on the site how to send the letter to them, but ive looked on my husbands who was also discharged the same day as me but he has CCJ's showing up on his with ACTIVE next to them, what should I do to get them taken off? they were all included in the bancruptcy originally??? Any help please

You cant get the CCJ's taken off as such, you could get them set aside and then apply that they were part of your bankruptcy but from a fermi post i think most courts dont set them aside for bankruptcy alone, as such as your bankruptcy is worse than CCJ's most people just wait for the 6 years for them to fall off.

Try doing a search as you may find the orginal post that has all the info.

Only time a CCJ can be set aside and removed is if it was made in error.
