Usual Tesco direct fun and games with this.
Got dispached email last week for store pick up but yodel status stuck at "waiting"
So went instore on tuesday to see where it was only to be told it was lost in transit and was out of stock so they couldnt reorder.
Just checked website and there it is again,so have reordered.
Lets see what happens this time.
Did anyone get one first time round?0 -

Same here, ordered a week ago and yodel status says "waiting for collection".
Why take the order and presumably take the money off my credit card if it's out of stock?
Just what I needed as well
ETA - looked on their website again, and ordered another one. Not holding out much hope though, you have to "add to basket" from the list page - if you click to read the item details, it says it's a feather/down mattress topper, and you can't order it. Let's see what happens, I presume if they don't arrive I have to ask for my money back?
If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?0 -
I think we could argue that once money has been taken and item dispached then a contract has been formed.
I asked if there was an eqivalent that could be sent instead and was told no but look here
