    it would have a manufature warranty, so not hard for them to fix
    Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

    To be fair, granted you have spent time messing around with the dealer, but you have to give Black Horse some time to look into the case, if it's the first time you've made them aware? With all due respect, they're not going to just take your word for it without checking first - I'd say give them a few days then pester them again
