Re-mortgaging in debt

Hi, does anyone know or have experienced this before: I have been offered a remortgage and, on applying for my redemption from current supplier, find they have added my current account overdraft and an unsecured personal loan with them, despite these being accepted and included in a debt management plan. This makes the re-mortgage unacceptable. I apparently agreed to this happening by signing for the "small print" on taking out my current account 13 years ago, and my mortgage 4 years ago despite never having been shown or told of this clause?

It may mean having to look elsewhere for the re-mortgage if the new lender will not be flexibleI am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
