Using up arrowroot biscuits

My daughter had a sickness bug a few weeks ago and so i bought her some arrowroot biscuits to try and get her eating again (as they are apparently good for the stomach after sickness bugs).
Anyway she didn't like the biscuits and nor do the rest of my family. I can't bring myself to throw them away as this just isn't money saving. Can anyone think of anything i can do with them, ie disguise them in a cake or something.
Hope someone can help.
Thanks all

How about mixing them half and half with digestives, crush them and make a cheesecake base or refrigerator cakes etc?0
