Parental Leave at end of maternity leave

Hi,
I know you're entitled to 4 weeks parental leave per year but is it possible to add that (or some of it) on to the end of your maternity leave? I can't find anywhere that says you can't... but that doesn't always mean you can

Your employer doesn't have to allow you to take it when you want to. You must give 21 days notice.

Thank you, I'm not planning on taking all of it, just a week as husband is being sent away for work on the week I'm due to go back so it's going to be quite impossible for me.0
