Where can I find past exam papers in Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering?

Good Morning Folks

Could someone be kind enough to tell me where I could find past exam papers in Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering?

I have tried 'googling' it but without much success.

Thanks

The L2 Food Safety is very straight forward, you don't need past papers. Read the questions carefully, engage logial thinking. The only things you really need to learn / know are your temperature zones and what bacteria do at each level, your times that food can be held at different temperatures / need to be chilled down within. The questions are multiple choice, some can be a bit "it could be this or that" you just need to think about it carefully. I have taught this qualification and there isn't a huge amount of variation in the questions or what can be asked. Your instructor will probably give you some good guidence on what is going to be coming up on it. If you are teaching it, they often don't give past papers (depends on who is accredititing it), and instructors rely on previous knowledge / experience and papers. You can try secondary school sites and information for food hygiene related questions and quizes. http://learning.covcollege.ac.uk/content/NLN/Catering,_Food,_Leisure_Services,_Tourism/Hotel,_Catering_%28General%29/act_NA11_Food%20Hazards/020a_3_types_haz_new.htm#

As who me says. You defo won't need past exam papers. It is mainly common sense! I passed with 100% and so did my 14 year old daughter.

I have never known anyone to fail this!
