That blows that theory then. To be honest there seems no rhyme nor reason as to which orders were honoured and which weren't.

I'm not saying that if you paid by card you definately received the printer, but that if you paid by Paypal they cancelled, whereas some of the card orders slipped through.

OK that's my theory:) blown out the water lol I placed an order just before midnight confirmation which says they will deliver 29th (that's a long way away though)

Not as long as mine... I placed 3 orders, two of which have been cancelled and the 3rd has a delivery date of 17th September!!!!!

Forgot i posted this thread till now, i had mine cancelled too but have had a few people who have said they got orders. Funnily enough it's mostly keyboard/mouse/ink cartridge orders that most people who received got. Heard of very few receiving the actual printers, most people who done 2 orders got the ink for the printer but not the printer!

You win some you lose some i suppose.

I did try arguing back to customer service but it was halfhearted, worth a shot!

I was one of the first to place an order for ink cartridges. I received a confirmation email, but tonight at 10pm I have just received the following email:

Thank you for your recent order from HP Store. Unfortunately we were unable to execute your order, either due to us being unable to verify all of your information, or that there was an error in processing your order. If you have already paid we have arranged for a refund for you and the details of how you will receive this are below.

    Oh well....

Mine got cancelled this morning via email. To be fair, I didn't expect this item at this price anyway. The ETA was Sept 19th 2013!!!!

It seems that the items that got through were those that promised next day delivery. They were fast tracked through without being apprehended like those with a longer delivery schedule.
