Post Bankruptcy - Still showing Outstanding debts

I have to supply a copy of my credit report to and organisation. Using Martin's guide I spend my £2 in getting the Equifax option. I was made bankrupt in 2009 and was expecting that to be on my file. Most of the debts associated with the bankruptcy were flagged as settled, but a couple were flagged red and outstanding. The names of the creditors had been changed (debt sold on?).
Is it just a simple matter of me writing to the credit rating agencies to point this out to them and ask them to correct it or, do I need to go back to the OR and get them to contact the companies and get them to change the information?
