How do you get premier membership for half price?

I just ticked the VIP Premier delivery option @ Final stage of checkout.

Normal price is £19.99 but they charged me £9.99 less 10% Facebook discount = £8.99

The one year membership is effectively costing me only £3.51 because I don't have to pay for the £3.99 p&p and £1.49 for the collect plus returns label bearing in mind I can't use the Facebook 10% code and Free delivery code together.
