Chinese lemon chicken: will it freeze?

At what stage do you think I can freeze this?

(from the Morrisons Magazine)

1. Mix 1 beaten egg, 1 crushed garlic clove and the grated rind of a lemon. Add 500g of chicken breast cut into chunks and marinade for 15min.

2. Add 2 tablespoons of cornflour and mix well so the cornflour dissolves and coats the chicken pieces.

3. Heat oil in a frying pan until really hot.

4. Add half of the chicken one piece at a time, cook for 5min, then turn the pieces over and cook for another 5 min. Remove .

5. Cook the remaining chicken in the same way.

6.Place all the chicken back in the pan and cook for a further 2-3min.

7.Add the juice of 2 lemons, 1 tablespoon of sweet chili sauce and heat through.

Serve over boiled rice garnished with spring onions.

    I'd say just after step 5. Then defrost, put in the pan long enough to heat it back through (ie more than 2 - 3 minutes) and go to step 7.
