Modelling Agency

Hi All

I really want to start my own modelling agency but have no idea where to start. I deal with models daily but didnt know if anyone could give me some good tips on what do to, charge, etc??
Any help would be appreciated.

Have you thought about maybe making a course on modelling and putting everything you know about the industry. Perhaps a video course on modelling would get you noticed and if you sold it you could use the money to fund your venture. it sounds like you really are right at the beginning and would need to do market research, get a business plan, find a location, advertise and market and your pricing has to be close to spot on too.

The reason I recommend doing a course and selling it is that you can firstly use the knowledge you have in the industry as well as gain knowledge about it, while raising the funds to do it. Let me know if you want me to discuss it further.
