Maximum amount in drawdown

Can one of you knowledgeable people out there, telll me approximately the maximum amount that I can take from my pension fund p.a.
I'll be 59, male, in good health, not sure if all that makes a difference. All of my investments will be in drawdown-- I've taken the 25%s. The amount of money in the fund will be around >£500k. I think it's around £30K, but I'd like to see the maths behind that now the government have gone back to adding the 20%
